Multiple Larcenies Reported Over Weekend

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, JULY 11, 2011

LARCENY:

1300 block Forest Village, June 6 – July 7 10:00 p.m. A resident reported that her laptop computer was stolen from her apartment during the preceding month. The investigation is ongoing.

Radio Shack, 1287 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 8 12:15 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject stole a cell phone from under the counter while she was assisting other customers. The investigation is ongoing.

100 block Farrell Ln, July 9 4:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. A resident reported that a quantity of tools was stolen from his work truck. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ABC Store, 1416 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 9 3:45 p.m. A manager reported that three female subjects stole a quantity of liquor by concealing the bottles in their purses. The suspects left the scene prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.

AT&T, 1601 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 9 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. A manager reported that a male subject stole two iPhones on display; the suspect left the store prior to the detection of the theft. The investigation is ongoing.

Dixon Park Pool, 1300 Dixon St, July 9 6:25 p.m. A resident reported that her purse was stolen from her pool bag. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Kohls, 1571 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 10 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that her wallet was stolen from her purse and her credit cards were later used to make purchases at area stores. The investigation is ongoing.

Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 10 5:45 p.m. A Smithfield resident reported that her wallet was stolen from her purse and her credit cards were later used to make purchases at area stores. The investigation is ongoing.

FRAUD:

McDonalds, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, July 9 3:00 p.m. A cashier reported that a male subject attempted to pay for his meal with a counterfeit bill, and the suspect left the scene prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS: 

Jacinto Hernandez, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1700 block of Lafayette Blvd.

ARRESTS:

Ervin Gutierrez, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Jeremiah Fishman, 22, of Stafford was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Joseph Grice, 22, of Stafford was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Leon Wynn, 51, of Spotsylvania was arrested for posting signs on public property.

Brian House, 18, of Stafford was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.

Angelic Jones, 18, of Stafford was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

Jose Ortiz, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Jeffrey Costello, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Frank Dungan, 30, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.

Michael McKinney, 42, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

Wallace Jarvis, 54, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Christipher Shetland, 32, of Woodbridge was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Lamont Haskins, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Michael Mcneal, 31, of Locust Grove was arrested for public intoxication.

Wesley Hakes, 39, of Stafford was arrested for possession and use of an illegal firework.

William Hunt, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Juvenile female, 15, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Juvenile female, 14, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

David Ruffner, 35, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank, possession of marijuana, and on a warrant from Richmond charging him with failure to appear in court.

Marcus Henry, 19, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
