STAFFORD, VA—A woman was arrested Thursday morning, April 4, after breaking into a kids learning center at 628 Cambridge Street and being found naked, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Center. Heaven Conner, 23, of Spotsylvania, was charged with unauthorized entry and indecent exposure.

Shortly before 5:30 a.m., an officer was summoned to the Kids on the Move Learning Center for a reported breaking-and-entering incident. Upon arrival, he found a woman dressed in black standing inside the building holding a fork in each hand. When he took her into custody, she told him he was making a mistake because she was the daycare owner's wife.

That claim was quickly debunked after the officer talked to an employee, who said she didn't know the woman. She said when she arrived at the building and started turning on lights, she was confronted by a naked woman—Conner—in the doorway of one of the classrooms.

Connor inexplicably told the employee she was trespassing and told her she was fired. Two employees in the building then left and called the SCSO from the safety of a vehicle. Police confirmed that Conner was not affiliated in any way with the daycare center.

Earlier that morning, Conner had been seen walking down Route 1 and was reported as a suspicious person. She later said she had just been released from Rappahannock Regional Jail after a domestic assault incident.
