Noted NoVA Chef To Open Restaurant In Downtown Fredericksburg
Award-winning Chef Dan Perron is planning a new dining venture on William Street in downtown Fredericksburg.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Dan Perron, the award-winning chef at Trummer's restaurant in Clifton, has his sights set on opening a new dining venture in downtown Fredericksburg, according to reports.
In mid-August, Perron will be opening two food venues at the recently restored building at 314 William St. in Fredericksburg, according to Northern Virginia Magazine. The restaurant space was previously occupied by Vivify Burger & Lounge.
Locavore will be a 45-seat dining room, featuring a rotating menu of dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, NoVAMag says. Upstairs, Perron is also opening Folklore, a rooftop cocktail lounge inspired by the chef's regular trips to Charleston, South Carolina.
