Items Stolen: Two Lion Statues from Front Porch, Fed-X Package, Golf Clubs and More
And more VRE lot vandalism.

BURGLARY:
Sports Zone, 1668 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/24 3:40 a.m. Police responded to an alarm activation and found a hole in the glass of the front door and the lock unsecured. A check of the business revealed that a safe had been removed from the premises. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
1900 block Woodlyn Dr, 11/15 – 11/22 10:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke into his storage locker and stole golf clubs and other items of value. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1200 block Willow Ln, 11/16 11:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a package that had been delivered to her door via Federal Express. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Railroad Ave, 11/21 – 11/22 12:10 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a bag from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Riverside Manor Blvd, 11/17 – 11/19 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a necklace from her bedroom. The investigation is ongoing.
VRE Lot G, 399 Prince Edward St, 11/22 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. A commuter reported that an unknown person broke a window on his vehicle and stole a quantity of change from the center console. The investigating officer later discovered three additional vehicles that had been vandalized and/or items stolen from them. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Eagle Village, 1237 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/22 – 11/23 6:30 a.m. A foreman reported that an unknown person stole large metal doors from the construction site. The investigation is ongoing.
3000 block Normandy Ave, 11/22 5:00 p.m. – 11/23 10:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole two lion statues from his front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ABC Store, 1249 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/23 4:45 p.m. A manager reported that two male subjects stole a bottle of liquor. One of the suspects has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
1900 block Woodlyn Dr, 11/24 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole her prescription medication. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
1200 block Gateway Blvd, 11/14 – 11/23 12:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that an unknown person slashed his tires while the vehicle was left in a commuter lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Longstreet Ave, 11/23 – 11/24 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a window on his vehicle, apparently with a rock that was located on the front floorboard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1900 block Howard Ave, 11/22 – 11/23 3:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person slashed the tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
200 block George St, 11/23 6:50 p.m. A witness reported that he saw a white male with a backpack spray painting graffiti in Jail Alley. The subject had left the scene prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.
VEHICLE TAMPERING:
1400 block Kenmore Ave, 11/23 11:40 p.m. A witness reported that he saw a subject enter two vehicles parked on the street. There was evidence that someone had rummaged through the interiors of both vehicles. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
