Road Work Alert: Lane Closure on Princess Anne Street

The City of Fredericksburg announced the left lane of Princess Anne Street in the 700 block (adjacent to the courthouse project) will be closed beginning Tuesday, September 3, through the remainder of September.

The lane closure is necessary to facilitate construction activity associated with the courthouse project. During the lane closure, parking next to City Hall on Princess Anne Street will be prohibited in order to transition traffic into the right lane.

Motorists are advised to use caution in the work zone and through any detour area.
