Runaway Girl Sought In Fredericksburg: Police

FREDERICKSBURG, VA—Authorities are looking for a runaway teen not seen since around 9 a.m. March 21, according to Fredericksburg Police. Kelly Astrid Quiros Chicas, 16, is described as Hispanic, 5-2, 180 pounds with black hair and brown hair.

She was most recently seen leaving her home. Chicas also ran away from home last October. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-373-3122.
