Save Our Cannon Yard Sale
The Fredericksburg Guard Association is raising money to restore the 1841 cannon.
The Fredericksburg Guard Association is hosting a yard sale from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, to raise money for the 'Save Our Cannon' fund.
The event will be held at the Fredericksburg Armory, 1700 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
"This cannon should be restored to its original splendor and have the carriage replaced with an accurate reproduction of the type used by this 1841 model," the Guard Association said.
