School Board Budget Meeting Slated
The Fredericksburg public school system's budget will be the focus of a school board work session tonight.
Budget season is here, and the is gearing up for it with a work session tonight to hold preliminary discussions about the 2012-2013 school operating budget.
The work session, slated for 4:30 p.m. at James Monroe High School, will also see administrators present their findings from an
Fredericksburg’s schools superintendent, an assistant principal and a teacher are flew to China for 10 days to visit four schools and to learn more about the country's economy, educational system, history and culture.
The work session will be followed by the regular session of the city school board at 7:30 p.m. at James Monroe High School.
