Schools, VRE, Metro Open Wednesday
The City's public schools will operate on a normal schedule.
Fredericksburg City Public Schools announced all locations will operate on a normal schedule Oct. 31.
Also open on Wednesday are Germanna Community College and the University of Mary Washington.
Virginia Railway Express (VRE) announced it will run a full service schedule Wednesday.
