Sheriff’s Office Seeks Identity Of Driver In Saturday Hit And Run

Authorities are seeking the public's help in identifying a driver who left the scene of a hit and run involving a pedestrian early Saturday.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s in identifying driver in a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian that took place Saturday morning in the Fredericksburg area.

The driver was operating a Ford sedan, possibly blue, that struck a pedestrian around 8:58 a.m. near Parkview and Longwood drives, according to the sheriff’s office.
