Spotsylvania County Arrests Made Dec. 9 - 15

On 12/14/13, Deputy Tavarez arrested Mr. Austin Hodge, 20 of Spotsylvania for shoplifting from the Wal-Mart. Mr. Hodge was released on a summons.

On 12/11/13, Dep. Hanrahan responded to the Wal-Mart for the report of a shoplifting. Julie Park, 34 of Fredericksburg, Jennifer Kuykendall, 32 of Spotsylvania and Jaime Blair, 33 of Spotsylvania were arrested for Felony Shoplifting and Conspiracy to Commit Shoplifting.

On 12/10/13, Deputy Tavares arrested and released Ms. Kaycee Carter, 21 and Ms. Aryanna Carter, 22 both of Spotsylvania for Petit Larceny Shoplifting from Wal-Mart.

On 12/10/13, Deputy Trippett arrested and released Mr. Christopher Roach, 25 and Mr. Samuel Markham, 22 both of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting at Sears.

On 12/09/13, Deputy Harney released on a summons, Sharon Horn, 22 from Spotsylvania in the 5000 Block of Plank Road for Shoplifting.

DUI

On 12/14/13, Deputy Handy arrested Ashley Bradley, 23 of Spotsylvania for D.U.I.  He also released Theodore Kuchlewski III, 23 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana.

On 12/14/13, Deputy Trippett #528 arrested Mrs. Benette Clinton, 51 of Spotsylvania for DUI, and misdemeanor refusal resulting from a traffic stop at Rt. 3 and Elys Ford Rd.

On 12/10/13, Sr. Deputy Lloyd arrested Julius Johnson, 55 of Spotsylvania for DUI in the area of Massaponax High School.

Narcotics

On 12/15/13, Dep. Tittle was working an overtime detail in the area of Sylvania Heights when he conducted a traffic stop on Tidewater Trail.  Tareq Kadora, 19 of Spotsylvania, was released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana and Driving Suspended.

On 12/12/13, Sr. Deputy Tillman released Jeremiah Kinney, 19 and Tyrik Williams, 19 of Spotsylvania on summonses for Possession of Marijuana and Contributing.

On 12/10/13, Deputy Griffith released Quranda Johnson II, 19 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana on a traffic stop on Cherry Rd.

On 12/10/13, Deputy Coerper released Daniel Abbott, 24 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana on a traffic stop at the 7-11 on Tidewater Trail.

Arrests

On 12/15/13, Deputies arrested Darnell Douglas Frye, 40 of Spotsylvania in the 300 block of Green Arbor Dr. for Public Intoxication. 

On 12/14/13, Deputy Krieger arrested Donte L. Allen, 38 from Spotsylvania in the 10000 Block of Brice Court for Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct.

On 12/11/13, Dep. Arndt responded to the Magistrate's office for a warrant service. Quinton Roane, 22 of Woodbridge was arrested and served multiple felony warrants.

On 12/10/13, Deputy Jefferies arrested David Charles Leith, 32 of Spotsylvania in the 10000 Block of Courthouse Road for Drunk in Public. 

On 12/10/13, Deputy Buccola responded to the Thornburg 7-11 for a subject soliciting prostitution.  Deputy Buccola arrested Tiffany Jackson, 36 of Arlington, Texas for multiple outstanding warrants through Texas.
