SUCCESS Space Launches New Co-Working Space In Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A new co-working space opened in Spotsylvania Towne Center on Monday that aims to bridge the gap between a premium coffee lounge and a modern workspace.

SUCCESS Space, located at 1 Towne Centre Blvd., Suite 2500, seeks to support and enhance the growth of local business professionals and solopreneurs.

Launched by local entrepreneurs Felicia Minor-Calliste and Dr. Fallon Hutcherson, the Fredericksburg location is the first SUCCESS Space franchise to open in Virginia.

The Fredericksburg location features:

• A welcoming coffee lounge open to the public

• On-demand private offices and professional meeting spaces

The official grand opening celebration is scheduled for Friday, May 16. The onsite café will officially open later this week.

Fredericksburg SUCCESS Space is open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering seating for up to 34 guests.
