FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS FRIDAY, JUNE 17, 2011

FRAUD:

Wegman’s, 2281 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, June 16 11:30 a.m. A loss prevention employee reported that a female came in to the pharmacy and attempted to fill an altered prescription. The investigation is ongoing.

Nader’s Grocery, 508 Caroline St, June 16 12:30 p.m. A University of Mary Washington Police Officer reported that while they were investigating a credit card larceny, they found the card had been used at the business. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

100-block Woodland Rd, June 16 12:30 p.m. The victim reported that eleven Playstation 3 games had been taken from a stand next to the television. The investigation is ongoing.

Child Support Enforcement, 2342 Plank Rd, June 16 2:30 p.m. A maintenance technician reported that an additional air conditioning compressor and evaporator were stolen from the roof of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

S A Medical of VA, 125-160 Olde Greenwich Dr., June 16 12:30 p.m. The manager reported that a company truck had been damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1900-block Woodlyn Dr, June 16 1:30 p.m. The victim reported that her vehicle had been damaged by what appeared to be a key while it was parked in front of her residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

Aaron Thomas, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a Stafford County warrant for failure to appear.

Nikki Tilley, 30, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing on a freight train.

Robert Smith, 40, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing on a freight train.

James Ball, Jr., 27, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing on a freight train, possession of marijuana and a warrant from Richmond, VA for failure to appear.

Syrina Ingram, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Wal-Mart.Charles Cutchin, Jr., 54, of no fixed address was arrested public intoxication after being interdicted.

Kevin Hill, 29, of Stafford was arrested for driving revoked (DUI related).
