FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2011
LARCENY:
1500 block Princess Anne St., July 26 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that the license plates were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

2300 block Charles St., July /27 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that an unknown person entered her unsecured vehicle and stole a set of keys. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ABC Store, 1271 Jefferson Davis Hwy, July 28 – July 30 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that graffiti was spray painted on the rear of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
James Brown, 60, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
Pamela Heishman, 43, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of schedule IV drugs and obtaining a controlled substance through false pretenses.
