LARCENY:
W.C. Spratt, 3109 Fall Hill Ave, July 19, 6 p.m. – July 20, 6:25 a.m. A construction superintendent reported that the lock on a storage bin was broken off and a number of tools were stolen from inside it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Moss Clinic, 1301 Sam Perry Blvd, July 20, 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that his ring was stolen after he inadvertently left it on the sink in the restroom. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Jeffrey Grieninger, 22, of Rhoadesville was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Brittany Bryant, 19, of Rhoadesville was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Delma Dalton, 68, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.
Kristopher Klima, 23, of Culpeper was arrested for embezzlement.
Michael Brooks, 58, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Jose Hernandez, 54, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
