LARCENY:
IHOP, 2831 Plank Rd, July 12 10:30, p.m. – July 13, 1 a.m. An HVAC technician reported that tools were stolen from his work truck while he was completing repairs. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:
Calvin Lee, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Marcus Henry, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Brock Walters, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Ryheem Morton, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Michael Wright, 42, of Washington, D.C. was arrested for public intoxication.
