
FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, AUGUST 25, 2011
FRAUD:
Wal-Mart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Aug. 24 6:30 pm. A loss prevention employee reported that there had been three fraudulent checks cashed inside the store by two different subjects. The two subjects left the area and were eventually arrested in Spotsylvania County for similar charges. Several warrants to include identity theft and uttering were obtained for both Alexander Leviner, 46, of NFA and Fernando Phillips, 39, of NFA.

LARCENY:
900 block William St, Aug. 24 9:50 am. The victim reported that a political campaign sign was taken from his yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

HIT AND RUN:
Carrabba’s, 1951 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Aug. 24 9:30 pm. The victim reported that her vehicle had been struck and damaged in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Brianne Strother, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 1900-block of Lafayette Blvd. Strother was also charged with underage possession of alcohol.
ARRESTS:
May Anne Coe, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Jose Pendleton, 33, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.
Joshua Fields, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Brandi Jeffrey, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for providing alcohol to underaged persons.
Angel Webb, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Bragg Hill 7-11. Tammy Charles, 42, of Woodbridge was arrested for shoplifting from Bragg Hill 7-11.
