Fried food, fun and games attract thousands to fair on opening night.
The 273rd Fredericksburg Agricultural Fair kicked off yesterday to much fanfare and fried food. The heat amidst which the fair opened caused enough concern for officials to Fredericksburg Patch was on hand and returned with this series of photographs documenting the event.
