Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Ms. White has only been a teacher for four years, but you would never know it, unless she told you. She has tailored the course content to her students in a way that's relatable and relevant to everyone, no matter what they already know or where they are from. She has created and facilitated projects that help students meet graduation requirements, and the last two years she has also taken on being the lead adviser for Future Business Leaders of America and revived our school's chapter of FBLA and mentoring our members to not just grow academically, but also become the best versions of themselves.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She is so humble and will never admit all the work she does behind the scenes, at home during breaks and over the summer to help improve herself as an educator each year and make her classroom learning environment special for each student. Ms. White goes above and beyond with a hygiene cart for any Massaponax student to use, and she just listens to her students needs that go beyond the walls of the school and truly values each of her students.
