FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS FRIDAY, AUGUST 19, 2011

BURGLARY:

2200 block Caroline St, Aug. 17 – Aug. 18 11:30 a.m. A resident reported that a quantity of jewelry was stolen from her apartment. The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:

300 block Falling Creek Ln, Aug. 18 1:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m. A resident reported that two windows on his vehicle were smashed by large rocks, and another resident on the block reported a glass storm door had been broken in the same manner. The investigation is ongoing.

1800 block Genther Ln, Aug. 18 12:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that windows on two of her vehicles were broken with large rocks. The investigation is ongoing.

Warfield Place, Aug. 18 4:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A resident reported that two windows on her residence were smashed with large rocks. The investigation is ongoing.

Tru Diva Salon, 317 Dixon St, Aug. 17 9:00 p.m. – Aug. 18 11:00 a.m. The business owner reported that a front window was broken on the building. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI ARRESTS:

Robert Sanchez, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 200 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.

ARRESTS:

Edras Osorto, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Stafford charging him with possession of a fictitious driver’s license, providing false information to law enforcement to avoid arrest, and forgery of a public document.

Marcus Burrell, 25, of Unionville was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, drinking while driving, and failure to appear in court.

William Smith, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
