2500 block Van Buren St, Sept. 8 10:30 p.m. – Sept. 9 7:15 a.m. A resident reported that a tire on her

vehicle was slashed. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

200 block William St, Sept. a.m.14 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. A property manager reported that a window

was broken on the unoccupied building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

George Walker, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

John Carter, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Aaron Johnson, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Kenneth Stepney, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.

Nicole Binkley, 31, of Locust Grove was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Safera Peques, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Kohls.

John Michael-Davis, 22, of King George was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Stacey Pettus, 34, of Stafford was arrested for assault and battery.

Amy Rodrigues, 38, of no fixed address was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Tina Fairman, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Henrico charging her with

felony embezzlement.

Phillip Kimbrough, 26, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.

James Bryant, 54, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

George Smith, 58, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.Sept.
