A woman tried to pull down a man's pants in a Wawa restroom just a day after breaking into a daycare center and being found naked: SCSO.

STAFFORD, VA — A woman tried to pull down a man's pants in a Wawa restroom Friday at 72 Austin Park Drive just a day after having been arrested for breaking into an area daycare center and being found naked, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Heaven Conner, 23, of Fredericksburg, was charged with assault and battery.
Shortly after 5 p.m., police were dispatched to the business for a reported disturbance. A man said he had stopped at the Wawa to use the restroom. While doing so, a woman in a bathroom stall in the men's restroom reached out from underneath and began tugging on his pants, "pulling them in a downward motion."
He left the restroom and called police, who found the woman in the restroom and arrested her. On Thursday, April 4, Conner was arrested after breaking into a kids learning center at 628 Cambridge Street and being found naked. She was released on bond.
