Man Stabbed in Mayfield Playground
Police searching for two suspects after victim stabbed trying to break up fight.

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2011
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:
300 block Tyler St, June 17 11:45 p.m. Police responded to the emergency room at Mary Washington Hospital for a victim who had a significant stab wound to the abdomen. The victim reported that he had attempted to break up a fight between two unknown males at the Mayfield Playground and immediately afterwards realized that he was injured and bleeding. The victim did not know who committed the assault and could only describe the two subjects involved in the fight as tall black males. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
600 block Woodford St, June 17 8:00 p.m. Two residents reported that lawn mowers and other lawn care equipment were stolen from their properties. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1400 block Franklin St, June 17 11:00 p.m. – June 18 8:15 a.m. A resident reported that his motorcycle was stolen from a parking space in front of his home. The motorcycle is a red and black Honda with a Virginia license plate. The investigation is ongoing.
600 block Lewis St, June 17 6:00 p.m. – June 18 11:00 a.m. A resident reported that his vehicle was stolen from a parking space on the street. The vehicle is a 1997 white Plymouth van with Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.
Wawa, 1140 Carl D Silver Pkwy, June 17 6:30 p.m. – June 18 7:30 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that an unknown person broke into her vehicle and stole her purse and other items of value. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Joe’s Crab Shack, 2805 Plank Rd, June 19 9:15 p.m. An employee reported that her server book containing cash and a paycheck were stolen from a table. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
V ANDALISM:
900 block Jefferson Davis Hwy, June 15 11:50 p.m. – June 17 10:30 a.m. A resident reported that a tire on her vehicle was punctured. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
2000 block Lafayette Blvd, June 16 7:30 p.m. – June 17 9:45 a.m. A maintenance employee reported that a window and mailbox on the building were damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
900 Greystone Ct, June 18 1:00 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. A resident reported that graffiti was spray painted on her vehicle. An officer found similar graffiti spray painted on an electrical box in the area. No suspects or witnesses at this time.600 block Denton Cir, June 17 5:00 p.m. – June 17 10:00 p.m. A resident reported that a window on her vehicle was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
300 block Pitt St, June 19 8:00 p.m. Police responded for a report of a group of males breaking the windows of an unoccupied house. Officers detained three juveniles and released all of them to the custody of their parents with referrals to juvenile intake authorities for the vandalism.
DUI ARRESTS:
Joann Warren, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 1800 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
Kenneth Ferguson, 45, of Stafford was arrested in the 1300 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
Jessica Hill, 28, of Woodbridge was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or breath test, and felony child neglect in the 500 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
ARRESTS:
Nicholas Kendra, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempted malicious wounding.
Dwight McNary, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with malicious wounding.
Andre Bradford, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Jeffrey Moye, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of schedule I,II narcotics.
Kathryn Whittaker, 21, of Locust Grove was arrested for assault and battery and public intoxication.
Stephen Whittaker, 23, of Locust Grove was arrested for assault and battery.
Matthew Whittaker, 20, of Locust Grove was arrested for assault and battery.
Michael Talley, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for abuse of the 911 system.
Kenneth Reid, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing and possession of marijuana.
Marquita Fox, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.
Muzette Austin, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Devon Wilkerson, 22, of Sterling was arrested on a warrant from Loudoun County charging him with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Greg Coron, 51, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
William Rice, 44, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Jenny Polanco, 20, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Nicole Hillard, 19, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Kevin Graves, 43, of Orange was arrested for public intoxication.
Michael Fauntleroy, 43, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Jennifer McGregor, 30, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

Tyler Ridlon, 22, of Unionville was arrested for domestic assault and battery, abduction, and preventing a person from summoning emergency assistance.
