FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Baseball season is almost here and Fort Hunt Little League (FHLL) spring baseball registration is open. Register today at forthuntlittleleague.org
Below are some key dates: Early registration closes on Feb. 3, player assessments are Sunday, Feb. 5, at 8 a.m. at Carl Sandburg Middle School (make-up assessments are Feb. 12).
Challenger Baseball is back for its second season season. FHLL Opening Day is Saturday, April 1 at Red Stevens Field at Carl Sandburg Middle School.

Key Dates for 2017 Baseball Spring Season
- Jan. 5 - Advance Registration Opens (TeeBall*, A, AA, AAA, Minors, Majors, Intermediate, Juniors*, Seniors* and Challenger* divisions)
- Feb. 3 - Advance Registration Closes - $50 Late Registration Fee assessed after this date
- Feb. 5 - Assessment Date (Ages 9-12)
- Feb. 12 - Assessment Date (Ages 7-8, make up for ages 9-12)
- Feb. 14 - Late Registration Ends
- April 1 - FHLL Opening Day! Red Stevens Field at Carl Sandburg MS 9 a.m.
