New Richmond Highway Apartments Open For Leasing
The Belhaven Apartments, a community with workforce dwelling units available, has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
BELLE HAVEN, VA — The Belhaven Apartments, a new apartment community on upper Richmond Highway in Belle Haven, is now open.
The opening at 6375 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA, was first reported by Mount Vernon on the MoVe, a Patch Labs site. The apartment community has studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms units as well as workforce dwelling units affordable to moderate income households.
The upper section of Richmond Highway in Fairfax County has seen numerous new residential developments open. Some recent examples at the Arden near the Huntington Metro station and South Alex, which was rebuilt after a massive four-alarm fire that caused $48 million in damages.
