On the Roads
As of 7:45 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder on I-495 near Dulles Toll Road in Fairfax County. The north left shoulder is closed.

As of 7:44 a.m., a disabled vehicle may cause delays on southbound I-495 at the Springfield interchange in Fairfax County. The south exit ramp narrows.
As of 7:43 a.m., WTOP Traffic reported a crash on northbound I-295 near I-695/11th Street Bridge in Washington, DC.
As of 7:39 a.m., a multi-vehicle crash closed all lanes of Route 619 in the area of Keyser Road; Route 648 in Prince William County.
As of 7:39 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder on I-95 south of Prince William Parkway in Prince William County.
As of 7:31 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder on I-95 north of Pohick Road in Fairfax County.
As of 7:30 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the northbound right shoulder on I-95 north of Fairfax County Parkway in Fairfax County.
As of 7:23 a.m., a tractor trailer crash was reported on eastbound Route 601 in the area of Kings Highway; VA-3E in Stafford County. Lane closures are in place.
As of 7:18 a.m., a disabled vehicle blocked the right lane on inbound Suitland Parkway at Stanton Road SE in Washington, DC, according to WTOP Traffic.
As of 7:10 a.m., a disabled vehicle closed the southbound right shoulder on I-95 south of Russell Road in Stafford County.
On the Metro
Bus driver availability may cause delays on Metrobus lines: 16A, 18P, 23T, 29N, 80, D6, H6, H8, R4, U4 and V4.
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.

Wednesday will be partly sunny with a high near 70 and mostly cloudy night with a low around 50.
