Fairfax Co. Parkway Reopens; 1 Injured In Single-Vehicle Crash: Police
Southbound lanes on Fairfax County Parkway reopened around 9 a.m. Tuesday after being closed due to an earlier single-vehicle crash.
HERNDON, VA — Southbound lanes of the Farifax County Parkway at Franklin Farm Road in Chantilly reopened to traffic around 9 a.m. on Tuesday. The southbound lanes were closed for about 90 minutes following a single-vehicle crash, according to Fairfax County Police.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported.
