3 Young Teens Arrested For Herndon Robberies: Police
Police say they have arrested three teenagers between 13 and 15 in connection with two robberies in Herndon.

HERNDON, VA — Three young teens -- ages 13, 14, and 15 -- have been arrested in connection with a pair of robberies in Herndon earlier this month, police say.
The robberies happened on Sept. 2 at Van Burne Street and Spring Street and on Sept. 4 in the 800 block of Ferndale Avenue. In each case, the suspects approached victims who were walking alone at night or in the early morning hours and then robbed them of their belongings, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.
Additional charges are pending, the report adds.

Police are holding all suspects at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center. They have not released their names.
