Burglar Smashes Basement Window In Herndon Home, Disappears: Cops
In a mysterious case in Herndon, someone apparently broke into a home but took nothing, police say.
HERNDON, VA -- Police are trying to figure out who the culprit is after someone broke into a home in Herndon but took nothing.
Police believe an "unknown number of subjects" broke a basement window in a home in the 800 block of Locust Street sometime between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Feb. 8, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.
Despite the break-in, police found nothing missing. They are currently investigating.
