Check Out the Town's July 'Yard of the Month' Winners

The Town of Herndon has announced the latest winner in the Yard of the Month contest.

Congratulations goes out to Diane and Dave Stanley of 320 Missouri Avenue.

The Yard of the Month contest is hosted by the Town's Cultivating Community Initiative, a group of volunteers "dedicated to community spirit and neighborhood beautification," the Town of Herndon said.

Know someone with a beautiful yard that you think deserves to win the monthly award? The next award will be given out in October. Nominations are due by Sept. 15.

There are two categories - single-family detached home, and townhouse.
