Dive: Three Hornets Place at District Meet

Three divers will represent the Herndon Hornets at the Northern Region tournament next week.

For the girls, Sarah Stangfeld and Kara Joyce placed third and sixth, respectively. Adam Trapp placed fifth in the boys rankings.

The top six divers advance to the Northern Region tournament.

The swim team will competed Saturday in the Concorde District meet. Points from the swim meet will combine with the dive competition to determine which teams advance to the Northern Region tournament.
