Herndon Man Arrested For Overdue Rental Car: Police

FAIRFAX, VA -- A Herndon man was taken to jail after being accused of not returning his rental car on time.

Fairfax Police arrested 32-year-old Tanseh Nicholas on March 7 and took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was held on a $1,000 secured bond, according to a report from the City of Fairfax.

Nicholas had been reported the day before for "fail[ing] to return a vehicle on time per a rental agreement," the report states.
