Herndon Teacher Faces 20 Child Pornography Charges: Police
A Reston man who taught at Herndon High School faces additional charges after being arrested last month, police say.

HERNDON, VA -- A Reston man who worked as a drama teacher at Herndon High School and was arrested last month on unlawful filming charges now faces an additional 20 charges for child pornography, police say.
Raphael Schklowsky, 36, was charged April 8 with four misdemeanor counts of unlawful filming after a woman who was working in a home in the 1800 block of Cranberry Lane found a hidden camera in an air conditioning vent, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
During the investigation that followed, police found additional evidence of multiple electronic devices, including over 3,500 videos, the report states.

He now faces 20 felony charges of possession of child pornography and one felony charge of unlawful filming, police say. He was out on bond and attended his hearing on Wednesday at the Fairfax County Courthouse on the previous four unlawful filming charges. He was charged with the 21 additional offenses at the hearing, and is now being held without bond.
Schklowsky has been on leave from Herndon High School since his April 8 arrest.
