HERNDON, VA -- A teenager from Herndon has been arrested on a statutory rape charge, police say.

Police arrested 18-year-old Carlos Josue Castillo for statutory rape against a victim that is known to him, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.

Castillo is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
