HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police are asking the public's help in locating Marina O'Loughlin, was last seen in the 200 block of Missouri Avenue wearing a black jacket with hood, blue jeans, purple backpack, and flip flops.

Anyone with information about O'Loughlin's whereabouts is asked to call the Herndon Police immediately at 703-435-6846.
