Multiple Burglaries Reported In Herndon: Police
Burglars struck three times in the days after Christmas, Herndon police say.

HERNDON, VA -- Police are looking for suspects after multiple commercial burglaries in Herndon in the days after Christmas.
All three burglaries happened within a small radius, although police have not indicated whether they believe they are related.
The first happened in the 1100 block of Elden Street on Dec. 26. Employees arrived at the business shortly after 6 a.m. and noticed cash was missing from the office, and police determined that someone forced entry through a back door, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department. The employees told officers that a burglary had also happened there Nov. 30.

The next burglary was a short distance away in the 13000 block of Worldgate Drive on Dec. 28. Employees arrived at the business shortly after 9 a.m. and found that cash was missing from the office safe. There wasn't any sign of forced entry into the business, police say.
The third incident was also in the 1100 block of Elden Street on Dec. 29. Employees arrived at the business shortly after 6 a.m. and noticed someone had forced entry into the business, but they didn't find anything missing.

The cases are under investigation, police say.
