No Sexual Assault Occurred At Herndon Fitness Center: Police
Following an investigation, police determined that no sexual assault occurred Tuesday morning at a Herndon fitness center.
HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police were dispatched around 10:52 a.m. on Tuesday for the report of a sexual assault at a fitness center in the 400 block of Elden Street.
Following an investigation, officers determined that no sexual assault had occurred and no charges were filed, according to a police spokeswoman.
