Herndon High School seniors Alexis Brown and Wray Sinclair were each awarded a scholarship from the Herndon Rotary Club on Thursday.
According to an announcement posted on Patch, the scholarships were based on citizenship, extracurricular activities, two essays, letters of recommendation and scholarship.
