On June 3, a homeowner in the 12000 block of Cavalier Drive in Lake Ridge told police that a bike worth about $100 was stolen from their garage, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
The homeowner said that the burglary happened between 8 a.m. on May 22 and 6 p.m. on May 24. When police investigated at 3:44 p.m. on June 3, they found no signs that anyone had forced their way into the house. Instead, any burglar could have entered the house through an unlocked garage, Perok said.
