Blog of the Day: Shortage of Homes For Sale in Woodbridge

You may have a harder time than you'd think finding a home in Woodbridge, real estate blogger Erick Blackwelder writes in his latest blog post for Patch.

"The long recession that lasted from 2006 to 2012 lulled a lot of folks into the reality that we had more houses for sale than buyers to buy them," Blackwelder writes. "That changed in early 2013.  We don't have enough homes to meet demand. Bidding wars are common."
