- Despite continuously rising prices, the Prince William County real estate market is slowing down. According to the Prince William Association of Realtors' February market report, home sales have decreased by 25 percent from February 2022, and new listings are down by 42 percent. However, the county's median home price has increased by 9.8 percent, up to $505,000. (Woodbridge Patch)
- If warming temperatures have you dreaming of summer, you'll be happy to know that Music on Mill is returning to Occoquan for the Summer 2023 season. The free concert series will be held monthly on Saturdays at River Mill Park from 7:00-9:00 p.m., with artists representing a variety of genres. In addition to the Music on Mill series, River Mill Park will have live music for two festival weekends: RiverFest & Craft Show from Jun. 3-4, and the Fall Arts & Craft Show from Sep. 23-24. - The Prince William County Criminal Justice Academy Basic Law Enforcement recently celebrated the graduation of its 52nd class. The ceremony was held at Grace Life Community Church in nearby Bristow on Monday, Mar. 13.
