Kerry Coleman-Proksch, president of the Lake Ridge Moms Club, invites local parents to come to a preschool open house on Jan. 22:
"Though 2012 has only begun, it’s time to start planning for preschool. The Lake Ridge Moms Club will be hosting their 10th annual Preschool Open House on Sunday, Jan. 22 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Tall Oaks Community Center. We will be hosting approximately 15 local preschools to help you make the choice that is right for your family. In addition to traditional options, we will also have information available about a new homeschool preschool co-op out of Alexandria. Parents will be able to gather information as each school focuses on different specialties to fit the needs of your preschooler. This is a free event and open to public. Children are welcome, and light refreshments will be served.
