Alley To Close During Improvement Project In Downtown Leesburg

LEESBURG, VA—Improvements to the alley way, located between China King and Merrill Lynch, is scheduled to begin Sunday, Sept. 13.

Work will take place every Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. through mid-October.

According to town officials, improvements involve a new concrete slab, drainage, and gate. The alley will be closed during the entire project.

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen issues, the alley closures will be extended.

Updates will be posted to the town’s website and social media accounts on a regular basis.
