Cocaine Distribution Ring Busted In Loudoun County: LCSO
Three people have been arrested following a months-long investigation into narcotics sales in Loudoun County, according to the LCSO.
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA—Three people have been arrested following a months-long investigation into narcotics sales in the county, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The investigation included the sale of an assault rifle during a sting operation.
Andrew O. Nickle IV,. 24, of Leesburg, was charged with two counts of distribution of a schedule II narcotic, one count of possession of a firearm while distributing a schedule II narcotic and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a schedule II narcotic.
Jeremy E. Black, 30, of West Virginia, was charged with four counts of distribution of a schedule II narcotic and three counts of possession of a firearm while distributing a schedule II narcotic. Lindsey M. Siford, 32, of West Virginia, was charged with two counts of distribution of a schedule II narcotic and one count of possession of a firearm while distributing a schedule II narcotic.

The investigation begin in March 2019 after the LCSO found that the three aforementioned people possibly were involved cocaine sales in the county. During the investigation, one of them sold an AR-15 style rifle during a "controlled operation."
Black and Siford were arrested June 13 following a traffic stop on Route 9 near Hillsboro. They both were found with a concealed firearm, as well as eight grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Afterward, on the same day, Nickle was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his home on Belmont Drive in Leesburg. Inside the home, police found 92 grams of cocaine and other suspected narcotics and "narcotic distribution products."
Additional charges are pending against all three people. They're being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
