Filed in Loudoun County Circuit Court, the suit alleges permanent nerve damage and seeks $2.5 million in damages.

Loudoun Impact Fund and Creighton Gives Team Up to Award $246K in Nonprofit Grants (loudounnow.com) — A Leesburg-based farm that employs adults with disabilities is among 29 nonprofits sharing $246,000 in new grants from the Loudoun Impact Fund and Creighton Gives. The funding boosts programs across the county, from food assistance and housing repairs to youth mental health, disability services, and support for older adults, all aimed at helping vulnerable Loudoun residents thrive.
