First Lady to Speak at Loudoun County Fairgrounds

Get tickets to Michelle Obama's Tuesday appearance beginning Saturday

First Lady Michelle Obama announced Friday she would make a stop at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds next Tuesday, where she will speak to supporters about Virginia's role in next month's elections and the importance of registering to vote.

The Oct. 9 event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required. They will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning 10 a.m. Saturday at the following locations:

  • Organizing for America – Leesburg, 56 Sycolin Road, Leesburg, Va.
  • Organizing for America – Sterling, 46396 Benedict Drive, Suite 200, Sterling, Va
  • Organizing for America – Winchester, 106 West Boscawen Street, Winchester, Va

Supporters will be able to access the event beginning at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds, 17558 Dry Mill Road, Leesburg, Va.
