On the Roads
At 7:35 a.m., a crash blocked the right lane of I-395 southbound near the 3rd Street tunnel.

Around 6:40 a.m., the right lane of I-95 southbound near Dumfries was blocked by an extinguished vehicle fire.
At 7:30 a.m., a crash on northbound Fairfax County Parkway blocked the right lane after Telegraph Road.
At 6:45 a.m., a crash blocked the right side of eastbound I-66 near Prince William Parkway.
A work zone is set up on westbound Fairfax Boulevard between Warwick Avenue and Oak Street. The right lane gets by.
Metro Delays
There may be some delays on the Metrobus 28A, 33, 59, 83, 86, D6, F4, F8, H2, H4, K6, K9, P12, V4 and X9 lines due to bus operator shortages.
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Nov. 5 due to Metro's Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
There was a frost advisory in effect for the early morning on Thursday. Temperatures are expected to reach the low 60s during the day with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will drop into the low 40s overnight.
