Information Sought In Violent Traffic Incident In Leesburg: LCSO

LEESBURG, VA—Authorities have released a photo of a vehicle possibly involved in—or was witness to—a violent tailgating incident Saturday night. Another vehicle had its rear windshield shattered by what appears to have been an unknown projectile in the area of Evergreen Mills Road near English Yew Place, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The damaged vehicle was being followed by a four-door truck with wide side mirrors.

Shortly after 8:15 p.m., a driver and a passenger pulled onto Evergreen Mills Road from Shreve Mill Road when a truck began tailgating them. They continued to travel on Evergreen Mills Road into Leesburg when they heard a loud noise simultaneous with their rear window being shattered. No one inside the vehicle was injured.
