Leesburg Man Exposed Himself, Performed Sex Act In Front Of Deputies: Police
A Leesburg man was arrested on Friday after authorities said he exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of Loudoun deputies.
LEESBURG, VA — A Leesburg man exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of Loudoun County deputies on Friday, the sheriff's office said in a report.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Authorities identified the man as 36-year-old James Gammon. He is charged with one count of performing a sexual act in public. He was held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.

If convicted, Gammon could face up to 1 year in jail, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.
On Friday, deputies were called to the 19500 block of Meadowview Court in Leesburg for a "disorderly subject," the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.

When deputies arrived, the man started to expose himself, according to authorities. He then performed a sexual act in front of the deputies.
According to court records, Gammon simulated masturbation. Deputies then took him into custody.
Friday was Gammon's second arrest within a week. On Dec. 20, Gammon was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance before he was arrested again on Friday.
