Leesburg School Calendar 2022-23: Loudoun County Holidays, Key Dates

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Summer is coming to an end for Loudoun County students and teachers. The new school year is just around the bend.

In Loudoun County, students will return to classrooms on Friday, Aug. 25.

• Sept. 26, 2022: Rosh Hashanah holiday for students.
• Oct. 5, 2022: Yom Kippur holiday
• Oct. 10, 2022: Indigenous Peoples' Day
• Oct. 24, 2022: Diwali holiday
• Oct. 31, 2022: Teacher workday; no school for students.
• Nov. 1, 2022: Teacher workday; no school for students.
• Nov. 8, 2022: Election Day holiday
• Nov. 23-25, 2022: Thanksgiving break
• Dec. 19, 2022- Jan. 2, 2023: Winter break
